What is the Zen Option?
The Zen Option is a cancellation option designed for skiers who want maximum flexibility. By taking this option, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your rental at no extra cost. Whether for health reasons, personal emergencies or unfavourable weather conditions, the Zen Option gives you the peace of mind to fully prepare for your mountain holiday. More info

I have an INTERSPORT loyalty card. What benefits does it give me when booking ski equipment?
Your INTERSPORT loyalty card gives you a 5% discount on your online ski equipment rental. It also earns you points.
How are my ski and pole sizes chosen?
We choose ski and pole sizes based on your height and weight. Please provide this information at the end of the booking, and confirm it in store if needed.
Can I rent skis without boots?
Yes, you can rent any type of ski or snowboard without boots. Equipment is offered as a package by default: to skip boots, simply untick the boots box. The reverse is also possible: you can rent boots on their own, in the Equipment and materials tab.
What services are included with ski equipment rental?
INTERSPORT meets the AFNOR standard. Rented equipment is systematically serviced after each rental: skis waxed and sharpened, boots dried and sanitised. We are committed to delivering equipment in perfect condition, with bindings properly adjusted. Some shops also offer exclusive services that you can select during the booking process.
